These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FluidFlow, an iOS app developed and operated by SWH Alpha ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using FluidFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
FluidFlow is an iOS app (iPhone only, iOS 17 or later) that transforms your photos into AI-generated cinematic videos. Here's how it works: you select photos from your library, pick a visual style, and our AI generates animated transition clips between consecutive photo pairs. Those clips are stitched together with music directly on your device to produce a finished video.
The quality of AI-generated output can vary depending on the photos and style you choose. We do our best to deliver great results, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome for every project — that's the nature of generative AI.
To use FluidFlow, you must:
If you are between 13 and 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app. By using FluidFlow, you confirm you meet these requirements.
FluidFlow does not use traditional username/password accounts. Instead, we identify your device using an anonymous UUID (a unique random identifier) that is stored securely in your iOS Keychain. This identifier persists across app updates and reinstalls.
Because your identity is tied to your device's Keychain:
Your token balance and subscription status are stored server-side, linked to your device identity.
FluidFlow uses a token-based system. 1 token = 1 transition clip (a 5-second AI-generated clip between two consecutive photos). If you select N photos, you need N-1 tokens. For example, 6 photos require 5 tokens.

All prices are in USD. Prices may vary by region at Apple's discretion. All payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Apple's payment terms apply to all purchases made through the App Store.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
We reserve the right to change pricing. For active subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Refunds: We do not process refunds directly. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple per their refund policy. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

FluidFlow may offer opportunities to earn free tokens through opt-in promotional actions. Current examples include:
Reward tokens are subject to the same rules as top-up tokens — they never expire. Abuse of reward programs (e.g., automated claiming, creating multiple identities) will result in account termination.
You own your photos. When you upload photos to FluidFlow for processing, you retain full ownership of those photos. We do not claim any rights to your original photos.
You own your generated videos. The videos produced by FluidFlow using your photos are yours. You can share, distribute, post, and monetize them however you like. No royalties owed to us.
What you grant us: By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process those photos solely for the purpose of generating your video. This license ends when your content is deleted from our servers (within 24 hours of processing completion).
Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for having the rights to use any photos you upload. Do not upload photos you do not own or do not have permission to use commercially if you intend to monetize the resulting video.
FluidFlow must not be used to create content that:
We reserve the right to refuse processing of any content we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these guidelines. Repeated violations will result in account termination.

FluidFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for reliability, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party AI provider outages, or circumstances outside our control.
We may, at any time and with or without notice:
For significant or permanent changes to core functionality, we will provide reasonable notice through the app or this website. We will not be liable for any service interruptions or changes to features.
FluidFlow is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SWH Alpha's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of FluidFlow is limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
You can stop using FluidFlow at any time. Simply delete the app. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions before your next renewal date.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
Upon termination, your right to use FluidFlow ends immediately. Any unused subscription tokens remaining in your account at the time of termination for policy violations are forfeited without refund. Top-up tokens may be subject to the same forfeiture in cases of serious violations. Apple's refund policy governs any App Store purchase refunds.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
For material changes — such as significant changes to pricing rules, content restrictions, or your rights — we will notify you through the app (e.g., an in-app notice on next launch) or by posting a notice on this website at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Continuing to use FluidFlow after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the app and cancel any active subscription.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of FluidFlow that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
